- ลูกค้ายินยอมที่จะให้ทาง บริษัท แฟลชยัวร์มีม จำกัด สามารถนำรูปถ่ายและภาพเคลื่อนไหว ไปใช้ในเชิงธุรกิจตามความเหมาะสมและตามวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท เช่น การโฆษณา การประชาสัมพันธ์ การส่งเสริมการขาย ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น เว็บไซต์ เฟสบุค อินสตราแกรม สื่อ ช่องทางออนไลน์อื่น ๆ รวมถึงในที่สาธารณะชนต่างๆ
